Funds Use Report
The Funds Use Report provides a detailed overview of how the funds from the Lake Region Community Fund were spent. It ensures transparency by outlining where the money went and how it supported the intended project. This report is essential for both the grant recipient and the funder to assess the impact of the grant and verify that the funds were used as originally intended in the application.
The Funds Use Report is due by March 31st of the year following the receipt of funds.

The Grant Application is the first step in requesting funding from the Lake Region Community Fund. Applications will open in February 15, 2027. Online submissions are preferred, with a PDF option also available.
